 Assessing Reading Levels

 There is a difference between decoding words and reading comprehension. Even if your child can read words at a certain grade level doesn't mean they understand  what they are reading.  Please keep in mind that children need to be able to decode and comprehend what they read in order to get a complete reading level.  Some of the links below can help parents get an idea of where their child is.
